Jasper and Scruff have opened a restaurant. But when The Sophisticats open up a café across the street, the claws come out.
Jasper and Scruff: The Great Cat Cake-off follows the duo's latest venture, Paws Diner, which has become a big success. Customers come from far and wide to sample their famous Salted Caramel Cake, and the place is always bustling with activity.
However, their success faces a new challenge when The Sophisticafé opens just across the street. Determined not to be outdone by their old foes, The Sophisticats, Jasper decides to craft a fancy new menu in hopes of impressing the great restaurant critic, Gaspard le Skunk, and securing a coveted three paw rating.
While Jasper focuses on the new menu, Scruff worries that they might be forgetting about their loyal regulars. To make matters worse, The Sophisticats have caught wind of Gaspard's impending visit and have concocted a fiendish plan to sabotage their success...
