Here are 10 suggestions for your next book club for books that leave lots to talk about! (They are also all not too long, as no one wants a book club book that is 500+ pages and a chore to get through in time!).

Theo of Golden

DylanA beautifully written book that is a pleasure to read. I found myself wanting to be like Theo - soaking in life’s beautiful moments, moving from place to place, enjoying breakfast at the same cafe, working away on a project that makes the world better. Reading the book, you do wonder why Theo is so good and what his motivations are. While I found the novel slow in parts, it does all make sense in the end - and the payoff is worth it. An inspiring story, perhaps a little heavy handed for my own personal tastes, but I enjoyed reading it very much, and a lovely reminder of the power we all have to enact small kindnesses that can compound into something very special.
