See moreUnderstand how brands can thrive by tapping into changing consumer behaviours, creating places for community and brand fandoms to flourish and connecting the digital and physical customer experiences.
With online shopping more prevalent than ever, the role of the high street is changing, and with it, brands must also change in order to not only survive but thrive.
Whilst the rise of online retail has been unstoppable in recent years, we have also seen a resurgence of interest by shoppers in physical spaces for brands. However, consumers are no longer looking to the high street to offer them places of pure transaction. Instead, they're looking to connect with brands in a more holistic way, tapping into the brand's universe and becoming part of their community.
Culture Stores explores how this is changing the worlds of both retail and branding, not only uncovering the impact on the physical stores themselves, but how these changing consumer attitudes will also mean brands need to transform their approaches to customer engagement, social media, and even their digital presences.
Featuring real-world examples from brands such as Birkenstock, Battersea Power Station, Modelo Beer and Oatly, this book delves into how brands can use their physical presences to transform customers into fans, create hubs of community, and drive real brand immersion for success.
