See moreIf you run a small business, you know how important customer relationship management, or CRM, can be to your bottom line. And you know it can be a bit daunting.
This plain-English guide examines how GoldMine enables companies to manage customer-related information and data; automate front-office business processes across sales, marketing, and service; optimize customer transactions and interactions across channels; and understand customer behaviour patterns.
Featuring nearly 40 per cent new content and covering the new features and enhancements in the latest version of GoldMine, this book covers navigating GoldMine, setting up preferences, creating and viewing customer records, using filters and SQL queries, and scheduling activities.
It addresses sales forecasting, connecting to Word documents and templates, using Outlook with GoldMine, remotely accessing GoldMine data, creating new labels and fields, linking GoldMine to a website, and more.
