Beyond Happiness by Jenn Lim is a transformative guide for organisations seeking to build meaningful workplace cultures. Jenn Lim, through her career, has been dedicated to helping organisations—from well-known industry leaders to innovative governments—foster cultures that benefit both employees and the bottom line, resulting in less turnover, greater engagement, and increased profits.

Her culture consultancy, Delivering Happiness, showcases the significant impact happiness can have on a business’s ability to thrive in today's rapidly changing world. In this book, she outlines a model that begins with individuals defining their core values and purpose (the ME), and extends through the organisation's ecosystem (the WE and the COMMUNITY), creating ripples of impact.

Drawing from a deep understanding of happiness science, Jenn explains how bringing your complete self to work enables you to achieve your best performance every day, regardless of your role or the crises you may face. She articulates how genuine happiness is derived from living one's true purpose and provides case studies demonstrating how companies can help align an individual's purpose with the company's mission.

This innovation in organisational design and culture is essential for the future of work. In this inspiring guide, you will be empowered to discover a greater purpose in your life and career, and to extend that influence to others within your organisation and beyond.
