Lee Chambers is a psychologist, speaker and founder & CEO of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing and Male Allies UK. He is an expert on workplace wellbeing, productivity, resilience and diversity and is widely recognized as a prominent thought leader and speaker on workplace resilience. He is a Kavli Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, a board member at CMI Women, and was recognized by UN Women in 2023 for services to gender equality. He is based in Preston, UK.
