Risha Grant, a seasoned DEI consultant and corporate speaker, introduces her practice of learning to welcome and embrace people's full humanity, without any BS. What's BS? It's certainly 'bullshit', but more specifically, it's the powerful and often invisible belief systems that shape our judgement and bias since birth. These systems affect not only our lives but also those of the many people we encounter daily.

Risha guides us through both the inner work and outer work required to dismantle our "biasphere," which transforms our self-perception and interactions with others. Recognising and addressing the biases inherent in our belief systems helps these biases dissipate, thereby improving our work environments.
