Love isn't dead. Unfortunately, she is.

Verdella 'Dell' Rodgers' life is exactly where she wants it to be: a rising star in San Francisco's hottest restaurant and days away from marrying into one of the city's most powerful families.

That is, until Cole Lewis - an entry-level clerk in the Afterlife Administration - accidentally reaps her soul.

So when Dell wakes up dead a week before her wedding, she's less than thrilled to find herself stuck between the afterlife and the land of the living - visible only to the man who killed her. Fixing it should be simple. Instead, it turns out dying was the easy part.

Because the more Dell sees of her life from the outside, the less certain she feels about going back to it.

And if it means leaving Cole behind for good...is she ready to let him go?

A swoony, paranormal romance to die for. Perfect for fans of B.K. Borison's Good Spirits, Ashley Poston's The Dead Romantics, and Kirsty Greenwood's The Love of My Afterlife.
