About the Author

Lucy Semple is an illustrator based in Nottinghamshire, UK, with a degree in Graphic Communication and Illustration. Specialising in children's illustration she enjoys drawing bright, bold and often furry characters. Lucy also enjoys drinking tea, baking and cuddling up to watch a film with her partner, daughter and their grumpy cat.Nancy Loewen is an award-winning author who has written over 130 fiction and nonfiction titles for children and young adults, including Baby Wants Mama, Do I Have To?: Kids Talk About Responsibility and Scarlett the Cat to the Rescue: Fire Hero. She received a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Association of Educational Publishers for her Writers Toolbox series.
