A unique, authentic novel of friendship and brotherhood, based on the author's long years droving on stock routes of inland Australia.

Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Written by the legendary Queensland drover Herb Wharton, Unbranded presents a striking vision of outback Australia. It is the story of friendship between three stockmen working on mulga country in the far west.

Herb Wharton, a former drover and now celebrated author, unleashes a strikingly original vision of outback Australia. From the riotous picnic races to perilous cattle stampedes, gutsy bush rodeos, and mateship bravado, Unbranded is a rollicking saga where the kinship of mates Bindi, Sandy, and Mulga owes as much to the trials they share as friends as to their Aboriginal culture.
