About the Author

Karin Opitz-Kreher is trained in Aura-Soma, Aura-Soma bodywork, and foot reflexology harmonization. She also works as a meditation group leader following Ralph Jordan and as a biofeedback therapist, using the SCIO system for stress reduction and system harmonization. She discovered the world of essential oils in 2013 and has been making use of the traditional knowledge of oils in her work ever since. Karin also gives seminars on their use in energy work.
