About the Author
David Nakayama is a Honolulu-based freelance illustrator, concept artist, and art director. He's best known for his eye-popping Marvel Comics cover art (X-MEN, SPIDER-MAN), Color Bleed and magazine format variant covers, and Marvel Legends packaging art. After breaking into comics by winning Top Cow’s talent search, he spent twelve years in the video games industry, art directing titles such as HARRY POTTER: HOGWARTS MYSTERY and MARVEL AVENGERS ACADEMY. Since then, he’s retuned to comics full-time as a cover artist.
