A delightfully sweet and zero-stress romantic comedy, this light novel follows Ryou Takamori and Hina Fushimi, childhood friends who lost touch over the years. Once inseparable, Hina blossomed into a popular beauty while Ryou became a quiet loner. Their lives change when Ryou heroically saves Hina from harassment on a train, rekindling old memories and sparking Hina's affection. Despite her feelings, Ryou remains adorably oblivious, setting the stage for charming and heartfelt moments.

Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

A frustratingly sweet, zero-stress romantic comedy!

As children, Ryou Takamori and Hina Fushimi were thick as thieves. However, while Hina grew more beautiful and popular, Ryou faded into the background as a loner, and the two drifted apart. That is, until the morning Ryou saves Hina from a groper on a train and unwittingly reminds her how close they used to be. Now Hina is smittenβ€”if only Ryou weren't so oblivious!

The Girl I Saved on the Train Turned Out to Be My Childhood Friend, Vol. 1 is a delightfully charming story that fans of romantic comedies are sure to enjoy.
