The Bathala Games presents two worlds woven into one wild (and kinda epic) Philippine mythology adventure.

Michelle Macabebe dreams of adventure outside their island, Luna Asul. To achieve this, she must endure the monotony of high school until her departure for university. Yet the adventure she longs for arrives sooner than expected, when a talking fat cat selects her for an out-of-this-world (literally) and suspicious competition.

Bickering deities, (not-so) gentle giants, a moon-eating dragon, and overworked gods—all the forgotten stories from her childhood come to life. As Chi navigates the land of gods and Neithers, completing missions and competing with four other contestants (each with their own issues), her real-life troubles begin to mount; from a strict mother to a one-sided crush, and a secret threatening to break her heart, as well as potentially her brother and best friend.

Meanwhile, a supernatural rebellion of the Neithers in the lower realms looms on the horizon.

Amidst her confusion and quest for meaning in the chaos unfolding around her, will Chi discover the answers she seeks on this journey?
