Christopher R. Gareis, EdD, is Associate Professor of educational leadership at the College of William and Mary, where he also served as Associate Dean for teacher education for more than a decade. Leslie W. Grant, PhD, is Assistant Professor of educational leadership at the College of William and Mary.
