Age range 6 to 9

Saving Seal follows the story of a seal who has made his home in the waters of a coastal village. However, he often finds himself trapped and ensnared in the plastic rubbish filling the bay. Fortunately, he is rescued by Lizzie and Grandpa Dave.

Motivated by the seal's predicament, Lizzie and Grandpa Dave decide to take action. They set out to clean up their bay and protect the marine life threatened by the growing amounts of rubbish. They rally the townspeople to join them in their fight against plastic pollution, which is devastating their beaches and harming marine life.

This is a story about making a change, cooperation, and the urgency of making the right choices now.
