No Dress, No Idea follows Tarni, a teenager obsessed with her school formal, as she navigates the challenges of finding the perfect dress.
Counting down the days to the big event, Tarni diligently checks off the items she needs, with her dream dress priced at an extravagant $950. Working extra hours to save up, she slowly ticks off shoes, makeup, and other essentials. However, obtaining the dress proves to be a series of hurdles. Not only does her wardrobe demand conflict with the many expenses of teen life, but once she finally saves enough, she discovers the dress is no longer listed on the manufacturer’s website.
