Description
Nimbus Plays Alone introduces us to Nimbus, a cloud who delights in life high above, playing peekaboo with the Sun and raining down on the Ground below. However, when other clouds express a desire to join the fun, Nimbus hesitates. Cumulus is too silly and loud, Cirrus doesn't listen, and Stratus always wants to touch!
Nimbus is convinced that the best way to play is alone. But then, why do the other clouds seem so keen on becoming friends?
In this riotous celebration of clouds, author-illustrator Saki Tanaka reminds us that there is more than one way to make a friend.
