See moreMotherhood in ADHD details practical ways to address the main obstacles you deal with on a day to day basis as a mom with ADHD, as well as how to heal from pain and suffering from decades of shame, guilt, and self-doubt.
Motherhood in ADHD is for mums who are diagnosed with ADHD, self-diagnosed, or simply wondering whether ADHD might explain why motherhood feels so much harder than they expected. If you're desperately trying to be a "good mum" while struggling with the guilt that tells you you're failing, this book is for you.
This is not another book about finding the perfect planner, organising your house, or finally getting your act together. Those are great, but thriving as a mum with ADHD goes much deeper than that. It requires:
Strengthening emotional regulation
Managing your energy
Releasing guilt and shame
Rebuilding self-trust
In these pages, ADHD coach Patricia Sung shares what has worked not only for her, but for hundreds of mums with ADHD she's helped over the years. Chapters are concise because your time and attention are limited, and they're packed with strategies to choose fromβstrategies that are designed to work with your beautiful, unpredictable ADHD brain, not against it.
By the end, you'll learn to trust yourself again. You don't need to become a different person. You just need to truly understand who you already are because she's pretty great. Welcome to Motherhood in ADHD, Successful Mama.

About the Author
Patricia Sung is an adult ADHD coach, speaker, and podcast host. She helps moms with ADHD rise above the overwhelm, take control of their time, and build a life they love in a way that works with their ADHD brain.
She is a certified Integrative Life Coach by The Ethical Coaching Collective, as well as The International Association of Counselors and Therapists. As one of the Top ADHD Coaches by Coach Foundation, she blends practical strategy and self-direct neuroplasticity to build her clients' emotional regulation skills and their own self-trust.
When she is not wrangling her two young boys, you can find Patricia planning her next travel adventure with her husband, healing her chronic illnesses, volunteering at school or church, drooling over brand-new office supplies, or knee-deep in a new hobby.
