About the Author
Ruth Shaw is the bestselling author of three books for adults: The Bookseller at the End of the World, Bookshop Dogs and Three Wee Bookshops at the End of the World. Her books have been translated into sixteen languages. Ruth lives with her husband in Manapouri in the South Island of New Zealand.
Deborah Hinde is an award-winning children's picture book illustrator and author. She lives in rural Waikato in New Zealand with her partner Mark and the mischievous studio 'oodle, Tansy. Views of the surrounding rolling farmland, her garden and small olive grove provide her with inspiration for her artwork.
