About the Author
Jenny Lacika is a children's writer from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is the author of Beto's Berry Treasure and Again, Essie?, winner of the Mathical Award. As a Chicana, MIT grad, chronically ill, mother of two, her work often explores themes relating to STEM education, disability and accessibility, and Chicanx culture and history. She now lives in her hometown with her husband and children. Antonieta Munoz Estrada is a kidlit illustrator and digital artist from Mexico. She graduated from the Universidad Aut noma de Queretaro, Facultad de Bellas Artes in 2007, with a bachelor of visual arts degree, specializing in graphic design.
