The last decade for Olivia has been a very different experience from her first 20 years on this planet, her early years being peppered with family disruption, teenage rebellion, and unhealthy relationships, where she suffered emotional domestic abuse, and battled with depression and anxiety.
In Lost Until Love, Olivia reflects on her life, sharing with her devoted followers exactly what life was like before her reality TV experience, the unseen bits, what the show taught her, how life is an ever-changing challenge but also how Olivia has created a blueprint for a future love-filled adventure. Olivia also explores her journey of motherhood, as well as the sad loss of her twin daughter while pregnant with Siena Grace and how this has changed her outlook on life and her future.

Olivia Bowen is a television personality, entrepreneur, and social media creator who first rose to fame on the second season of Love Island UK in 2016, where she met her now husband, Alex Bowen. Since leaving the villa, Olivia has established herself as one of the show's most successful alumni, launching numerous fashion and beauty & home collections, presenting segments on This Morning, fronting campaigns for leading brands, and most recently starring in her own ITV2 observational documentary series Olivia & Alex: Parenthood. Alongside thriving property and lifestyle businesses, Olivia has built a loyal online community who admire her openness, authenticity, and advocacy for mental health and motherhood. She and Alex live in Essex with their two children, Abel and Siena.
