Miss Sookie and Augie are baking. Magic cookies are what they are making. But... the cookie inspector comes by, and he's not a nice guy! Will he ruin their dog cookie undertaking?

Little Miss Sookie's Magic Dog Cookies is written by Mary-Ellen Low, who is also known as Sukie Low. She is a retired RN, author, dog lover, dog cookie baker, ukulele player, and free spirit. Additionally, she collects teacups, books, country music, and, naturally, cowgirl hats.

Mary-Ellen Low's first book, based on her nursing experiences, is titled Dear God...Letters from the Nursing Home. She runs a small but popular dog cookie business called Sookie's Cookies for Dogs, where her own dogs enthusiastically perform taste tests. She resides in Aiken, SC with her husband, Bob, and their two rescue dogs, Cleo and Augie.

Her favourite motto: Be yourself; everyone else is already taken - Oscar Wilde

Madelyn Gayle Garraux, a sixth-grade student at Tall Pines STEM Academy in Aiken, SC, excels in her schoolwork and enjoys reading Warrior Cats. In addition to her studies, she competes on the Gold team for Aiken Gymnastics and attends art classes. Madelyn is a compassionate, creative, self-motivated, and confident young lady with a bright future ahead, doing anything she dreams of. She lives with her parents, brother, and three cats. Her approach to projects is guided by her favourite motto: Trust the process.

An Augie the Doggie story, this book includes four extra sketches by the artist of Miss Sookie and Augie for colouring. This is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Happy colouring! Happy reading!
