Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Knight of the Silver Circle is a compelling addition to the heroic fantasy tradition exemplified by Patrick Rothfuss, Brandon Sanderson, and Robert Jordan. In this second book of the trilogy, readers will encounter more dragons and more magic as Guillot dal Villerauvais once again takes up arms against a sea of troubles.

Three dragons wreak havoc, eating livestock, killing humans, and burning entire villages to ash. It was nearly impossible to kill one, using a legendary sword and the magic of the mysterious Cup; to tackle three, Guillot will need help.

The mage Solene fears having to kill again; she leaves Gill to gain greater control over her magic.

The Prince Bishop still wants Gill dead, but more than that, he wants the Cup, and he'll do whatever he has to to get it, even sending his own daughterβ€”a talented thief and assassinβ€”into the dragons' path.

As secrets mount on secrets and betrayals on betrayals, both Guillot and Solene face critical decisions that will settle not only their own fate but that of all Mirabaya.

Since self-publishing his first ebook, The Tattered Banner (one of BuzzFeed's 12 Greatest Fantasy Books of the Year, 2013), Duncan M. Hamilton has sold more than 260,000 copies of his fast-paced, character-focused, fantasy adventure novels. The Dragonslayer trilogy is his first traditionally-published series.
