Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Ethics & Business: An Integrated Approach for Business and Personal Success provides students with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to identify ethical dilemmas, understand ethical behaviour within themselves and others, and promote ethical behaviour within their organisation.

The course addresses three pivotal ethical questions: the individual perspective, the organisational perspective, and the societal perspective. These viewpoints explore various aspects of business ethics, including the use and abuse of power, challenges to honesty and integrity, and participation in ethical interventions such as reporting, repair, forgiveness, and reconciliation.

Most business ethics courses rely on a single perspective, whether it stems from philosophical theory, organisational behaviour, or a legal and regulatory compliance approach. As an author team, we integrate and consolidate these perspectives into a cohesive whole by providing unique content, original videos, and adaptable case studies, all designed to assist students in making ethical decisions in both their professional and personal lives.
