For readers of David Perlmutter and Susan Blum, a groundbreaking guide from New York Times bestselling author of Why Can’t I Get Better? Dr. Richard Horowitz detailing his revolutionary approach to solving the problem of chronic illness by finding what triggers the root cause: multiple sources of inflammation.

Anyone with a chronic illness knows it can destroy your life. Symptoms for which no doctor can find a cause, or the treatment is worse than the disease itself. Days you are exhausted, wracked with pain, depressed, and so foggy you can’t function punctuated by days you seem fine.

The alarming truth is that while traditional medicine is good at treating most acute illnesses, it has no effective model to address chronic conditions. Richard Horowitz has made it his mission to change that.

For decades, he has been helping to heal thousands of chronically ill patients. Now he brings us his proprietary program based on the Multiple Systemic Infectious Disease Syndrome (MSIDS) map to identify and treat a wide array of chronic conditions informed by new, cutting-edge scientific research. This revolutionary integrative approach provides novel answers for many autoimmune diseases (such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis); allergies; asthma; autism spectrum disorder; Alzheimer’s disease; ADD/ADHD; chronic pain syndromes; Long Covid; chronic fatigue syndrome; fibromyalgia; chronic Lyme disease; cancer; cardiovascular disease; GI, hormonal, immune system and mood disorders; and more.

At the heart of every chronic condition lies inflammation, but where is it coming from? The sixteen-point diagnostic map provides clear answers and a treatment program tailored to your specific condition. You’ll find out what tests you might need, with a comprehensive list of lifestyle strategies like how to beat insomnia and reduce stress in as little as five minutes.

Dr. Horowitz also takes a deep dive into scientifically proven natural solutions available over the counter, like nutritional supplements, as well as examines the pros and cons of prescription medication, both for short- and long-term use.

Half of all Americans suffer from chronic illness. Here at last is an evidenced-based plan that works not just to restore your health and vitality but to give you hope for a brighter future.
