About the Author
Julia Turshen is the bestselling author of Now & Again, Feed the Resistance, Small Victories, and Simply Julia and has coauthored numerous other cookbooks, including the James Beard Award-winning In Bibi’s Kitchen. She hosts the IACP-nominated podcast Keep Calm and Cook On and has written for the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Vogue, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, and Saveur, and more.
