Early each morning, the dinosaurs rise. The sun comes up. They open their eyes. Everyone looks for something to eat. Plant-eaters want plants. Meat-eaters want meat.

This rhymed easy reader features 23 different prehistoric animals (dinosaurs, plus flying and swimming reptiles) as they wake, search for food in different habitats, avoid dangers like erupting volcanoes and hungry T. rex, and finally lay their heads down to sleep. With brightly coloured, cheerful illustrations, pronunciation guides for all the names, and even some gentle humour, this is the perfect introduction to dinos for the very youngest dinophiles!
