About the Author
Yvette Jones is a Speech and Language Therapist who has worked in different school settings for over 25 years. Working with young people with communication and anxiety disorders, she has witnessed first-hand the difficulties many students encounter with the expectations of school and peer groups. Yvette has run many social interaction groups and has experimented with teaching through games to increase the motivation and focus within a group. She has also studied for a Post Graduate Certificate in Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome which intensified her motivation to assist these children and young people.
