About the Author

Katherine Halligan worked in children’s publishing for many years, writing over 150 novelty, non-fiction and picture books and running the non-fiction list at Nosy Crow. After living in the UK for twenty years, Katherine recently returned with her family to her native California.
Amy Grimes
graduated from the Camberwell College of Art in 2014 with a first in Illustration. Her bold illustrations are inspired by nature and natural patterns, and are mainly created digitally using hand-painted textures. She is based in London.
