About the Author

Preeti Chhibber is an author and freelancer. She's written for SYFY, Polygon, The Nerds of Color, and The Mary Sue, among others. She usually spends her time reading a ridiculous amount but is also ready to jump into most fandoms at a moment's notice. She's currently living her dream come true writing characters like Spider-Man, Kamala Khan, and Yoda.

Mike Deas got his flair for illustrative storytelling from an early love of reading and drawing. He fine-tuned his drawing skills and imagination in Capilano College's Commercial Animation Program in Vancouver, then his work as a concept artist, texture artist, and art lead in the video game industry took him to England and California before he returned with his family to sunny Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.
