Bear is in charge of the campfire for the forest party. But as he sets out to collect wood, all sorts of BAD things happen: he gets a splinter in his paw, a big bump on his head, and falls into a huge muddy puddle. About the Author
Duncan Beedie has been doodling and drawing since the early 1980s. He began his career animating children's TV before branching into design for websites, games and apps. These days he's a freelance illustrator based in Bristol, where he has a desk in a studio overlooking the city. A Bad Day for Bear is a follow-up to No Sleep for Bear and The Bear Who Stared, shortlisted for the Waterstone's Prize, and is Duncan's sixth book for Templar. Other titles are The Lumberjack's Beard, The Last Chip, Oof Makes an Ouch and Molly's Moon Mission.
