Semantic Workbooks

This series of seven books provides a range of semantic therapy ideas and materials through drawings along with photocopiable exercises. Designed for use with adults with acquired neurological disorders and based on the cognitive neuropsychological model of language processing, each workbook covers specific aspects of semantics.

The workbooks contain a range of visual material and offer different mode presentations and combinations for varying inputs and outputs. They are adult-specific, although many of the picture exercises would also be useful for semantic work with children, and offer various levels of difficulty with a good range of semantic distance and frequency.
