Arabella and the Magic Pencil

Arabella and the Magic Pencil will appeal to any child with a new sibling and those with changing family dynamics.
Arabella and the Magic Pencil introduces Arabella, a beloved only child who has everything a little girl could want. This idyllic situation changes with the arrival of her brother, Avery, the master of mayhem. While she certainly loves him, she finds that it’s sometimes very hard to like him.
Arabella spends her days creating marvellous, magnificent things with her magic pencil, making a concerted effort to ignore her pesky brother. But when he disrupts her perfectly proper tea party, she decides that drastic action is necessary and erases him from her life. Oops!
However, Arabella soon discovers that things aren’t quite the same without him. Can she find a way to bring Avery back?
Arabella and the Magic Pencil is a charming story that will appeal to any child coming to terms with a new sibling, and to caregivers who are supporting changing family dynamics. It also caters to those who love fantasy and engaging, alliterative language.
