About the Author

Stephanie Sim was born in Singapore and currently lives in Vancouver, BC, where she has been working as a concept artist and designer in the animation industry for close to a decade. While in film school, her short film The Story Tree won Best Classical or Stop Motion Animation Film in the student category of the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts' (CAEAA) 2006 Elan Awards. The short film was also was screened in numerous film festivals around the world.
