Game Changer! The Susie K Files 2
Susie K is great at games (not!). But her mum is convinced that Susie has what it takes to make it as a sports star ...
Game Changer! The Susie K Files 2 by Shamini Flint follows Susie K, a girl who prefers science over netball and has the class goldfish as her best friend. However, Susie's mum finds it hard to believe that she's happy in this way. With the best of intentions, she constantly tries to push Susie to be something she's not. The last thing Susie wants is to disappoint her mum.
Susie's mum is thrilled to hear that Susie is competing in Sports Day at school, except Susie hasn't found a sport she's any good at. Despite preferring to stay home and investigate deforestation, Susie uses all her problem-solving skills to become a game changer!
In this fresh new series, discover how Susie's unconventional problem-solving skills plus her mum's optimistically high expectations lead to hilarious results.

About the Author
Shamini Flint lives in Singapore with her husband and two children. She began her career in law in Malaysia and also worked at an international law firm in Singapore. She travelled extensively around Asia for her work, before resigning to be a stay-at-home mum, writer, part-time lecturer and environmental activist, all in an effort to make up for her 'evil' past as a corporate lawyer! Shamini has written many books for adults and children, including the popular Diary of a Soccer Star series.
Sally Heinrich is a writer, illustrator and printmaker, who has published and exhibited widely in Australia and Asia. She has illustrated more than forty books as well as writing and illustrating her own picture books, novels and non-fiction. Her commissioned artwork ranges from wine labels to a mural for the Singapore Zoo, painting a life-size baby elephant sculpture for Melbourne Zoo and community arts projects. Sally has lived in Singapore, Sydney and Darwin and is now living in Adelaide.
