Momo is caught off guard by an unexpected assault from alien clones. However, through a temporary alliance with her long-standing foe, the alien Serpo, she manages to stand her ground. Her ordeal is far from over, as the clock ticks past 10 p.m.

To escape the terrifying clutches of the slit-mouthed woman, Reiko Kashima, who relentlessly pursues her, Momo and Serpo must find refuge overnight in a manga cafe. Upon her return home in the morning, Momo is met with a grim scene: her friends are severely injured and receiving care from none other than Mr. Shrimp!
