About the Author
Sam Cartwright-Hatton is a clinical psychologist and seniorlecturer in clinical psychology at the University of Manchester.She previously held an MRC Clinician Scientist Fellowship, duringwhich she developed and trialled a new parenting intervention foryoung anxious children. She was awarded the British PsychologicalSociety May Davidson Award in 2009 for her research into anxietydisorders of childhood. With: Ben Laskey is a clinical psychologist who co-ordinatesand delivers parenting programmes for the under 8s. He conductsresearch through the University of Manchester where he is anhonorary tutor in Clinical Psychology. Stewart Rust is a consultant clinical psychologist inNeuropsychology at the Royal Manchester Children sHospital. He previously delivered parenting groups to familiesstruggling with their children s behaviouraldifficulties. Deb McNally is a Clinical Psychologist. She has aparticular interest in parenting and cognitive behaviouralinterventions.
