Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Poppy Day by Rick Wilkinson follows George, who is now a columnist for the Bellarine Courier. He uncovers, through the police, the scattered bones of an old murder victim. Nearby, they discover grainy black-and-white photographs and a Flanders’ Badge—a flower of remembrance for those who suffered or died.

The Courier becomes immersed in this cold case, which quickly evolves into a race against time to identify the people in the photos, as the Poppy Day killer's tentacles reach into the present day.

This is a twisting tale of passion, secrets, and vengeance, set on the Bellarine Peninsula and reaching back into the dark past.
