About the Author

Rebecca Grant dreams of a world full of children who love reading. She finds joy in expressing those funny, everyday situations in rhyme, and is known for her love of chocolate, intense dislike of winter and her terrible singing. Rebecca lives in Perth, Western Australia, with her husband and young children (who all prefer her to spend time writing rather than singing).

Nia Nill is a children's book author and illustrator based in Queensland, Australia whose work often captures the light and warmth of childhood, blending nostalgia with whimsy. She works in digital media as well as experimenting with traditional media like watercolour, gouache, pencil and pastel. Nia loves visiting the beach and museums, doing crochet, weaving, building miniatures and gardening as well as having adventures with her husband and two children.
