Birds of Shangri-La, Vol. 1
A straight man takes a jobΒ at a gay brothelΒ that hasΒ a firm rule of no falling in love. What could go wrong?
Birds of Shangri-La, Vol. 1 by Ranmaru Zariya delves into the intriguing world of an unusual brothel with a strict rule: no falling in love. What could possibly go wrong?
Apollo, a straight man looking to make some quick money, finds himself in a rather odd line of work at a brothel. His role is to prepare the male sex workers for their clients. However, his job becomes complicated when one of the prostitutes takes a special interest in him, putting his employment at risk.
The brothel, known as Shangri-La, is a haven of male sensuality that celebrates the beauty of gay sex. Despite being newly hired, Apollo has a lot to learn about this erotic paradise. Tasked with helping him acclimatise is Phi, one of the establishment's most popular workers. Phiβs approach, however, involves a bit of playful teasing.
Unfortunately for Apollo, the strictures of the establishment are unyieldingβno orgasms, no penetration, and most importantly, no falling in love. With such tantalising challenges, Apollo must navigate through a complex array of emotions and desires.
