Morgan is a young orphan who lives off scavenging - until he finds a cosy home at a famous London publishing house. Polly Faber writes books for children. She lives in London with her husband, two sons and two cats; the exceedinglyfluffy Alan and his sleek moustachioed sister Babs. Her books include Picking Pickle and the Mango and Bambang series.
Clara Vulliamy is an illustrator and author perhaps best known for her Dixie O'Day series, for which she collaborated with her mother, Shirley Hughes.
