Justine Clarke (Author) Justine Clarke is one of Australia's most accomplished and admired performers- a best-selling children's singer; acclaimed film, television and stage actress with credits that include Play School, Julia, Tangle, Love My Way, Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome, Japanese Story and Hedda Gabler. Justine's live shows include sing-a-long favourites from her three ARIA nominated albums, I Like to Sing, Songs to Make You Smile and Pyjama Jam. She has also won the ARIA award for Best Children's Album for A Little Day Out with Justine Clarke and The Justine Clark Show. Justine loves to create stories for kids and her picture books include the Gobbledygook series, A Banana is a Banana and Here Comes a Merry Christmas. Arthur Baysting (Author) Arthur Baysting was an award-winning screenwriter, children's television writer, a songwriter and an advocate for children's rights. He was from New Zealand and used to be a stand-up comedian. Peter Dasent (Author) Peter Dasent is a New Zealand born, Sydney based composer and songwriter, and since 2000 resident pianist for ABC-TV's Play School. He was also the producer and songwriter (with longtime collaborator, the late Arthur Baysting) for Justine Clarke's award winning children's albums. Heath McKenzie (Illustrator) Heath McKenzie is a best-selling, award-winning Melbourne-based author and illustrator who specialises in stylised digital illustrations (aiming to make them look as non-digital as possible). He has written and illustrated over 40 picture books and illustrated a whole lot more across numerous forms of print media.
