About the Author

Paninnguaq Lind Jensen is a traditional practitioner of kakiornerit. She loves reading and learning more about Inuit culture and traditions. Paninnguaq has a daughter and one more baby on the way. She wishes for them and all Inuit children that all kinds of stories, knowledge, and information about Inuit culture and traditions will be easily accessible for them. Paninnguaq wants to tell as many stories as possible and share as much knowledge as she can. Michelle Simpson is a professional illustrator & designer based out of the Niagara Region. Michelle graduated with a BAA in Illustration from Sheridan College and now works as a full-time freelance illustrator. She has worked as a concept artist at KeyFrame Animation for kids cartoons such as Ollie: The Boy Who Became What He Ate (season 2) and Tee and Mo (season 1).
