Having worked as a travel writer for the past decade, Nina Karnikowski now writes about travel that conserves, educates and uplifts more than it destroys, and aims to demonstrate through her writing how travel can help solve societal and environmental problems. Nina is the author of Go Lightly: How to Travel Without Hurting the Planet, Make a Living Living: Be Successful Doing What You Love and The Writer Within: 50 Journaling Prompts to Inspire and Transform. Her writing appears regularly in Traveller in the Sydney Morning Herald, Cond Nast Traveller, Life & Leisure in the Australian Financial Review and more, and she sits on the Conscious Travel Foundation's panel of experts. Recognising the power of creativity to generate sustainable solutions, Nina also mentors writers and creatives and teaches writing and creativity workshops.
