Presents a card game to enable people to become more aware of their feelings.
Let's Talk presents a card game designed to help people become more aware of their feelings. This versatile tool is suitable for both adults and children and can be used with individuals or in small groups in various settings such as home, school (e.g., circle time, learning support), and therapy.
The game is adaptable and can range from a 5-minute icebreaker to six separate workshop sessions. It can also be played with a dice, providing flexibility in its application.
The cards cover a range of feelings, including, but not limited to, angry, jealous, calm, disappointed, overwhelmed, proud, and frustrated. They are divided into six sections:
1. Give an example of when you felt...
2. Situation cards: How would you feel if...?
3. You are feeling... How would you show it?
4. Dealing with different emotions.
5. Helping friends to deal with different feelings.
6. Other people's feelings.
Intended for use in educational settings and/or therapy contexts under the supervision of an adult. This is not a toy.
