Playing with S is a resource book for Nursery Practitioners, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Carers, Speech and Language Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapy Assistants, designed to help children articulate the 'S' sound in their speech. It offers activities, games, and ideas suitable for children aged from 3 to 7 years old. It can also be beneficial for older children with learning difficulties.

Each section provides simple, easy-to-follow instructions and practical tips to support children. The materials can be photocopied, and instructions are provided to assist in creating resources for activities. Progress sheets are included in each section to record progress in a fun and engaging way. Sample session plans are also part of the resource.
