ABOUT THE AWFUL
I was bored on the 9th of Octover 1940 when, I believe, the Nasties were still booming us led by Madalf Heatlump (Who only had one). Anyway they didn't get me. I attended to varicous schools in Liddypol. And still didn't pass—much to my Aunties supplies. As a member of the most publified Beatles my and (P, G, and R's) records might seem funnier to some than this book, but as far as I'm conceived this correction of short writty is the most wonderfoul larf I've ever ready.
In His Own Write is John Lennon's literary debut, a book of stories, drawings and poems that was first published in 1964 to great critical acclaim and became a phenomenon, selling over 600,000 copies in the UK alone and revealing a hitherto unseen side to Lennon's artistic output and talent.
Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?
John Lennon's In His Own Write is celebrated for its playful and zany style, reminiscent of Edward Lear yet distinctly unique. The book is filled with clever wordplay and humour, akin to a rock-inspired Lewis Carroll. It features marvellous illustrations that add to its offbeat charm, promising to elicit laughter from readers.

About the Author
John Lennon is one of the most iconic figures of the twentieth century, a musician, singer and songwriter of extraordinary popularity and influence who was tragically murdered in December 1980. Whilst the Beatles, the band with which he is most associated, only existed for eight years they transformed the face and sound of the Sixties and their body of work is the most listened to and covered in the history of popular music.
