Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description
A deeply satisfying, laugh-out-loud treasure trove of visual tricks and rhyming reveals, destined to become a picture-book classic! Is this a pear? No, it's a bear! This delightfully clever picture book is full of visual tricks and rhyming reveals to inspire wonder while making you chuckle - brought to life by an Oscar-nominated animator and based on his seven-year-old son's original idea and drawings! Through the hole in the page, you might see a plum . . . or a spider . . . or a spoon. But turn the page to see the full picture and - SURPRISE! - it's something unexpected- the moon, a tiger, even a hippo's bum! This deceptively simple picture-book debut by father-and-son duo Dan and Finn Ojari uses bold, stylish art, rhyming call-and-response text, and clever cut-through holes that play with shape and colour to create a deeply satisfying read-aloud experience for children of two and up and their adults.

About the Author

Dan Ojari (Author) Dan Ojari is an Oscar-nominated director and writer, alongside making children's books and the occasional wooden spoon. As a boy, his mum home-educated him and his four siblings, which meant he could spend a lot of time drawing and dreaming. Dan now lives in Bristol, working at Aardman Animations by day and by night is often reading a book with his wife, two sons and identical black cats. Finn Ojari (Author) Finn Ojari is eight years old and has been an artist for most of his life. He likes jam sandwiches and rescuing beetles, and one day hopes to be a real-life wizard.
