Description

Each book in the A Dinosaur Story series follows a group of dinosaur friends who get into some sticky situations, but in doing so, they learn about good manners and behaviour.

In Fire in the Forest, Deano is being rude to his parents, so they tell him to go out to calm down and get some air. He sees some smoke in the air but has never seen any before, so he doesn't know what it is. He speaks rudely to and pushes rudely past several other dinosaurs to run towards it, only to come face to face with the fire. Luckily, his dad rescues him, and Deano promises to be more polite and listen to others in the future.

The A Dinosaur Story series is great to read aloud or to share with friends and family. Each book includes notes for parents, teachers, and caregivers, which give suggestions for how to reinforce and extend understanding of the message of each book.

The series also supports the Personal, Social, and Emotional Development Area of Learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage and is suitable for use with children in KS1. Suitable for children aged 3+.
